The EM4233 ISO15693 13.56MHZ can be a long term passive CMOS integrated circuit intended for use within applications requiring a contactless read/write memory offering a higher and tailored amount of security.

 

The configurable 2k bit EEPROM memory in the chip is organized in 64 words of 32 bits. The prime amount of flexibility inside the memory management permits a memory word may be read/write protected and/or locked separately.

 

This latest generation of EEPROM memory offers data retention during 60 years enabling solutions for too long-term asset management applications.

 

The consumer data security and privacy is guaranteed by way of a powerful and fast crypto engine implemented in the chip of a true random generator plus a 96 bit secret key.

 

The improved on-chip security feature allows a flexible administration from the memory access rights that makes it the best solution for advanced theft protection. With respect to the application requirements, when it comes to security, the user can tailor and adjust the safety level by selecting whether true mutual authentication process, a login procedure which has a 32 bit password or use the chip being a plain text memory.

 

The IC supports all of the ISO15693 13.56MHZ card Mandatory commands and lots of the optional commands. Its command set is fully gone by unique custom commands that provide towards the EM4233 customers an increased a higher level differentiation regarding security, flexibility files protection.

 

Each ISO15693 13.56MHZ EM4233 contains rolling around in its memory a 64 bit unique serial number which can not be altered and guarantees the uniqueness of each and every device.
